Fairly clean hotel with extremely polite staff and marvellous location really close to the Gothic Quarter as well as zoo, parks, Triumph Arch and lots of restaurants. A really nice stay on holidays.

A touristically favorable, but relatively quiet location, outwardly located bright room, cleanliness, friendly staff.

no socket for (fortunately existing) water boiler in the "kitchen corner" itself.

Breakfast was great both the quality of the food and the extended hours of service.

Nicely appointed and perfect hotel overlooking city, we had a very very good experience here. The staff were hard-working, and the breakfast was hearty. The location was peaceful, near a bus stop, if you need it.

The location. It's really close to the bus station if you're coming by ryanair, and only 5 min walk to the metro station which takes 10min to city center.

The swimming pool and the area around it is so small. Also the price of the breakfast. 15Euros!!

A single room is fully-equipped, has a large bathroom.

The rooftop pool was a nice escape, but cleaning staff came late daily.

cmplimentary water, clean, staff were helpful, easy check in and check out, free maps, air conditioning was good, and quiet. our issue was the internet which did not work for the first two days. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

the staff was not responsive when we told the them about the non'functioing internet. We needed a taxi as we were going out late in the eveing and the hotel called a taxi, but the taxi driver left us stranded in an unfamiliar location when we provided her the address. She also left us very far from our location. she also charged us higher. We did report the incident to the hotel and the staff member agreed to do follow up-

The units are brand-new, high-class with a very comfortable bed.

The location was good, close to city centre and Arc de Triomph station. The room was clean, modern & comfortable. For breakfast there was a very good choice of savoury / sweet and fruit. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was quiet for sleeping.

There were no english tv channels in the rooms although Fox news was on in the foyer all day ! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the rooftop terrace and pool. There were only two sunbeds and they were both broken ! and also only one table and four chairs. There was only one electric socket in the room which was in an awkward position under the desk.

Hotel is in good location - in walking distance (for those who enjoy walking) from Las Ramblas and the harbor. Also very close to the Arc Di Triomf stop. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean.

We specifically requested a double bed and instead got 2 twin matresses pushed together (not terrible though). Also, no toilet bowl brush in the bathrooms. And the pool on the roof is more like the size of a bathtub.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find tasty food during my first stay. I'll be back for another city trip!

Quiet location, city centre within walking distance. Lot's of little cafes and bars all around. Staff very helpful.

Room was quite hot and air con not in operation.
